1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and purchases of products in the online store of Cuisine Barista AG (hereinafter "Cuisine Barista", "we", "us" or "our"). By ordering products, you accept these GTC.

2 Conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and Cuisine Barista is concluded by the customer's order and its acceptance by Cuisine Barista. The order is placed online by filling out the order form. Acceptance of the order is effected by a confirmation e-mail from Cuisine Barista.

3 Prices and terms of payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Cuisine Barista reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices displayed at the time of the order are decisive for the conclusion of the contract.

Payments can be made using the payment methods offered in the online store. The purchase price is due and payable immediately.

4 Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability. Cuisine Barista endeavors to adhere to the stated delivery times, but accepts no liability for delays in delivery.

Shipping costs are indicated to the customer during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer.

5 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Cuisine Barista until full payment has been received.

6. right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party nominated by the customer takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Cuisine Barista by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of the decision to withdraw from the contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

7 Returns
In the event of revocation, the customer must return the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which he informs Cuisine Barista of the revocation of the contract. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

8 Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. Cuisine Barista is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded.

9. data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed on our website.

10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contract is Zug, Switzerland.

11 Amendments to the GTC
Cuisine Barista reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version will be published on the website. For contracts already concluded, the GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply.
