When will my machine be delivered?

Our machines are shipped in batches. You’ll find your expected delivery date on the product page when ordering. We’ll notify you by email before your machine is dispatched.

How does the reservation work?

With a reservation, you secure a machine in a specific production batch. Before shipping, we’ll send you a final payment request to complete your order.

Which models are available?

• M1: Base model without milk frother
• M2: Includes in-cup milk frother
• M3: Includes in-cup milk frother & premium steam wand
  

What drinks can I make?

From espresso to flat white – your machine can prepare over 10 beverage types, including cappuccino, latte macchiato and Americano.

Where can I find the app?

The Cuisine Barista App is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Just search Cuisine Barista or scan the QR code in the user manual.

How do I connect the machine to the app?

Simply activate Bluetooth, turn on your machine, and follow the connection steps in the app.

How does the automatic rinse function work?

After the set time, the system automatically rinses with fresh water. This ensures maximum hygiene and pure taste with every cup.

How do I descale the machine?

The app will remind you when it’s time to descale. Use the recommended descaler and follow the instructions in the app or user manual.

My machine won’t start. What can I do?

Check the power connection, your home circuit breaker, and ensure the water tank is properly inserted. Still not working? Contact our support team.

The milk frother isn’t working correctly. What should I do?

Clean the milk frother thoroughly – especially after using plant-based milk. Also, check the foam type settings on the Cuisine Barista machine.
